Pros
-You can make as much or as little as you want here, it just depends on how hungry you are! I was making as much as twenty dollars an hour after I got the hang of things. -No bosses breathing down your neck all the time, they are there when you need them and give you your space when you do not. -Benefits, 401k options
Cons
-Load distribution is unfair at times. More tenured guys get the better loads. -Equipment is old and beat up, but that is a McLane issue, not Capstone.
