Business Outlook
Pros
The people at the corporate office are very friendly. Even the senior management is very nice and is on a first name basis with most of the staff. It is not too uncommon to get food like pizza, doughnuts or the like. My direct supervisors were firm but fair. And it is a good learning environment but it stays busy.
Cons
The pay could be a bit better. I didn't get paid that well but I had little experience in the field so that may be why. If you don't like working at least 50 hours a week this is not for you. Myself and some of my coworkers often worked 65 hour weeks pretty often. Also, things often seemed cluttered or disorganized due to the business and small spaces people sometimes have to work in.
