Pros

None, nadda, zilch, zilt, zero,

Cons

Bad pay, no hours, bad payment structure that even superman couldnt make money doing. Working next to people employed by good companies that get stock options while your making minimum wage on a handful of hours Made us watch anti union videos before we stepped foot in the facility. No real safety training. God forbid you know how to operate a forklift before you get on one.

Pros

None that I can list would make you think otherwise

Cons

Not a very good experience. They did not explain the hiring process clearly at all. One explanation coming from my recruiter/talent acquisition, another thing from managers onsite. They wanted me to start this position a week from my interview which was never explained upon the urgency when I interviewed. Not to mention the person who interviewed me didn’t even work at the site, was just “helping out” didn’t even go on an interview with the person I was supposedly going to. Very unclear expectations of work to be preformed, hours and days seem odd and not consistent, mass hiring. Leaves you wondering…

Got half my paycheck

Pros

- not strict with PPE & boots - flexible lax management staff

Cons

- advertise regular 8 hours shifts, but everyone in warehouse is forced to work 12 hour shifts - don’t pay any overtime, and instead pay per truck to avoid paying out all the overtime theyre forcing people to do - took more than 60% of my paycheck for my first 2 weeks of work with 0 explanation… I worked 67.5 hours and got paid for around 30. When I asked about hours to make sure I would get paid, they avoided my questions until my check hit- and then management sent all my calls to voicemail, knowing I’d see less than half my expected check. Imagine if I was a single mother and needed this paycheck badly.. I can imagine how this could rock others much harder than it has me - disgusting staff break rooms, tbe same piece of toilet paper stuffed in the door of the stall everyday tells me nobody cleans the bathrooms. - I’ve been here only 10 days… I’m sure others have witnessed a lot worse than I have.
