You are able to make lots of money in a fast pace environment

Cons

They tend to change a lot of stuff. When I first got hired you would get a referral bonus after someone was there for a certain amount of time but when that time came they never abided by it and was told that after 3 years you get 2 weeks PTO which then got changed to 5 years

When you were lucky you could make plenty of money

Cons

You get paid for what you do. If you are unlucky and get a crappy truck that only pays 30 bucks but the pallets are all turned over you will spend 12 hours unloading a 30 buck truck
