Pros

Fun interaction with other coworkers Breakdown loads and container drops pays the most

Cons

It's not first comes served to get a profitable task because you are paid by performance. Unfair treatment towards New hires who doesn't get a chance to experience this so called competitive pay when they're are given scraps. Supervisor can sabotage your assigned work load in retaliation to complaints. For example, illegally clocking employees out while still required to finish the task before leaving the site. Favoritism towards others leave no room for New hires to grow. Selective competitive pay meaning people that been there longer get priority for the better paid tasks. The pay for one task is not worth it because it's only 7$. Straight pulls If your not favored expect to be used and given the worst task like the straight pull task per truck load. The pay for straight pulls used to be 30$ per trailer and now currently reduced to 7$. You will make nothing for job that stated there's an opportunity to make nearly 1000 a week. It's all a big lie and exploiting new hires is apparently a thing for employees that been there longer. Makes me ask where the competitive pay coming from when your getting no experience to do the higher paying tasks. Also the people that the supervisor favors are usually the one snitch on you when you have complaints that causes retaliation and more false problem blamed against you.

The Absolute Worst..

Pros

Coworkers are the only good thing about this company.

Cons

The pay is terrible. A fast food worker earns more than an employee at Capstone. Pay is inconsistent. You exert 98% effort on Monday and earn X. You do the same on Tuesday and earn way less than X. This happens continuously. ALL employees feel as if they are being ripped off and stolen from. Expect very extreme and physical levels of labor and yet early less than minimum wage about 25% of the time you work there. Any inputs to management to help increase productivity and profitability are met with blank stares and a feeling of ineptness. They do not know how to lead, inspire, or motivate people. Some 2-3 yr tenured employees still haven't received any performance feedback. The pay is pathetic. Expect daily letdowns and disappointments.
