      Pros

      None if I’m being honest feels like 2 years wasted.

      Cons

      Favoritism is obvious, unfair pay since it by production and they think they can control your life and pockets. Team leads are a joke supposed to be a team but they only look out for themselves. I am only bringing barley 230 a week and that is the honest truth. Mclane site is a joke

      Sets you up for future career success, job can be great if your Director has your back when necessary or if the client is on top of his game.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, can be frustrating working as a 3PL in a client's facility it said client is incompetent or difficult to work with.
