Pros

If you are willing to physically work your butt off you can make great money. No experience needed, or education. Where I worked they were always desperate for immediate workers that they skipped background and drug test just to get me in asap. Therefore, management was extremely lenient on performance, attendance, attitude....

Cons

As the shift lead, and only one of two females working in the warehouse, I was never taken seriously and was often treated disrespectfully by my fellow employees. My boss, who promoted me to lead, never had my back any time an employee would refuse to do certain aspects of the job. It's every man for themself. The pay was production pay. Therefore, absolutely anything that didn't involve an individual's case number increase they refused to do because "they weren't getting paid to do that" and this behavior was allowed by management. I worked over everyday in order to help next shift. I worked to make the next person's job easier, and not only excelled in my position, but also helped out anywhere help was needed. I literally went above and beyond expectations. Yet, I was demoted without notice or reasoning. My boss simply quit giving me my lead pay. When asked, he said they were getting rud of the position. A few weeks later I find out that he just decided to give it to the laziest guy that does nothing but gossip like he's in high school. A few weeks before I stopped working there the new lead (male) went halfway into the women's restroom in order to "speak" with the only other female worker about a ticket order, even though they were presently texting back and forth. I felt a serious line had been crossed. When the manager found out about the situation, instead of taking care of the situation he simply fired the girl, and absolutely nothing was said or done to the male shift lead. Needless to say, I basically never went back after that. I could never get a hold of HR either. I absolutely LOVED my job! But, the people made the job hostile and inappropriate way past the professional line.

Pros

Capstone in Luckey, Ohio is the best place to work at. They allow us to take 1 hour breaks. They allow us to smoke bud. And, they allow us to have sex with other employees on break time in the parking lot. The supervisors are cool when we damage the equipment they will lie for us and say they we did our drug test when we didn't. The best company ever. I crashed into another forklift and they covered for me.

Cons

Hours and no personal time off.
