It’s just the your getting paid to work in the cold and but it on production pay

Get to kind of work alone and at your own pace because you get paid by the truck

Cons

Since you get paid by the truck, different trucks are worth different values, and Management liked to play favorites and give the people they were more close with the more valuable trucks.
