      you can work as many hours as you want most of the time its a busy day so most days the hours fly by

      Cons

      upper management doesn't care about the issues the office might have. sometimes you don't get paid correctly and you never get your missing pay. No one answers the phones nor responds to your emails The randomly change you scheduled hours without consulting you to see if you can cover that time. Upper management interferes with day to day activities making your job harder. Revolving door of management and employees so no one knows what's going on.
