.Travel Team is primarily setup like it's local sites nationwide with some exceptions worth knowing beforehand. Employee's with the most experience or freedom to travel, are what the teams at each travel site. They are recruited from local sites to provide a service for distributors looking for a means of supporting low staffed sites, startups, special projects and sites that may be failing and in need of rescuing. These teams pay at a much higher wage and provide hotel. per diem and promotion within. It makes for a excellent want to seek out new locations to relocate or just to access a way of achieving any goals you've been unable to financially. Operations and structure provide an easy to understand management structure, which is very proactive when appropriately built up for a way to handle any issues you might fnd traveling. There are some downsides, like most jobs, it has its cons which are only a burden if you're without any site contacts or friends to help you locate the next site..
There are less obvious operations at play, which if you've got 3 months with the company; should be obvious. I recommend getting to know people and getting phone numbers from all levels of management, this way you aren't left to the wolves if you don't have a Home Site (where you were hired locally). The rest is up to your ability to be accomodating and open minded to different types of people from anywhere in the usa and abroad.
Cons
No relationships, friends or otherwise are easily managed while traveling. Living in hotels and having to be ready for changes which come without notice.
