Leaning the mind and skill set required to do this job was very hard for me starting out. But for the most part, I learned a lot of things that helped me sharpen my skills,then apply myself fully into getting the job done as efficiently and sufficiently as required. There is room for growth here as being an associate of this partner company.

Cons

Love knowing that I have made a difference in, the work I do here helps, getting people fed accordingly.
