      At site level there are some really good people

      Cons

      Senior Management is the worst I have ever seen. No work life balance, expect site manager on the floor 75% of time but have multiple hours of required paperwork that must be done making the day 12 to 13 hours. At 60 hours a week making 50k annually that $16 per hour to manage 30 to 40 associates,
