      Was a easy job and payed good occasionally had early shift starts with room for growth

      Bad management, no equipment too give to you and long hours occasionally doing nothing until work showed up

      You will never get fired for calling out, or even no call no showing. They are so desperate for people that honestly short of committing crimes, you will never be fired.

      Cons

      You inherit a yard with, at the moment, one hundred unworked trucks, as they've fallen so far behind that it is honestly not manageable. The Dollar General location in Amsterdam is absolutely full of illicit substances and alcohol abusers, and overflowing with drama, cliques, and unfair treatment. Generally, the people from Dollar General are far worse than the employees from Capstone. You will have to befriend a lead or manager if you want decent quality loads, there is very clear and defined favoritism.
