Tons of open promises, management will never stand beside you, try to make the site better but management won't allow it

Site employees working with what they have. Site team members work their butts off for what it's worth.

Cons

Upper management has zero sense of the daily struggles. No true room for growth, don't expect a raise either.

The was good utonomy at each location to make decisions and work with the site customer needs.

Cons

Focus on safety was so intense that there was no focus on employee needs. It appeared more like management wanted no accidents for their own bonus' and bottom line
