Pros
If you are at a site with a great partner with a good relationship, this job is CAKE. If you put in the effort to maintain the relationship the job is an easy daily driver.
Cons
If your relationship with the site leadership is abysmal, your experience will suffer greatly. Hopefully you meet with an understanding partner that can recognize some value in your 3PL relationship. Otherwise if you're treated like the "red headed step child", you can be in for the long haul. You will treated as a temp agency and abused.
