      Pros

      Great place to get your foot in the door and gain some experience with unloading/loading products in a warehouse environment, along with other warehouse associated work.

      Cons

      Upper management cares more about keeping their contracts than their workers, shows through pay scale. Several pay cuts for lower level workers over the years.

      Pros

      Very challenging, co-workers are very friendly and good working environment. supervisors helps you improve, challenge and motivate you in a fast pace environment.

      Hours are limited, management need to monitor on employees regularly if on task

      Pros

      The pay is better than Wal-Mart, McCdonalds ect. They will hire anybody and keep them as long as they will stay, so to anybody who absolutely needs a job, Capstone will provide one.

      Cons

      Very Poor management, Sub-par equipment to say the least. Bad workplace attitude. Pay is production, but the management will try and keep your production pay at $10! Production is for you, and your crew. If a member of the crew is not pulling their own weight nobody gets paid. I had this happen several times, and there is nothing you can do and management refuses to make the guilty parties work. Unsafe work conditions, over 3 years I had 2 pieces of equipment catch fire while in use!
