Plenty of free time on third shift, not much to do spend hours doing nothing. can socialiaze with coworkers

Cons

lack of pay, lack of overtime, drivers you check in never listen to you, general negative moral all around, guards are always on there phones, or threatening to fight you, and also swear alot.
