      None to speak of the pay is horrible for back breaking work lifting toilets and grills minimum wage at the Home Depot DC in Lathrop, Ca

      Cons

      I watched the director of this company Will Said violate California law not once but 3 times. He terminated an associate claiming miss treatment of associates yet it was never brought to the associates attention. Then this guy did not even give this guy his final pay checks. Then to top it all off he made the comment that eliminating this guys salary will allign the facility P&L. I have never in my life witnessed such gross violation of the law you can bet I will assist in a EEOC claim and lawsuit.

      175% turnover. This place is a revolving door Poor benefits and low compensation Poor work environment and toxic culture Lack of infrastructure and business process Weak technology systems Wrong people on the wrong seats on the bus Disorganized Too many leaders that are incapable of executing their roles in the larger company that Capstone has become
