Pros

Very smart and profitable business model

Cons

LMS piles on way more work for managers than one person can reasonably be expected to do.

Pros

Very quick hire process, I was contacted an hour after applying and I was working in about 3 days Flexible about giving days off if you have a condition that requires it Management does make efforts to be fair in assignment of Higher payed "Money Trucks" as it is called in the warehouse and the mostly lower payed pickup, back-haul trucks to it's unloaders

Cons

Work starts at 2:15 AM Production based pay, it is difficult to earn over $250 a week working 40 hours a week and work honestly Some other employees are constantly stealing your work equipment to stay on top of their production Work is very physically intensive and causes ware on your body I see that some people may cheat the system by keeping tabs on the trucks that are coming in and suggesting that they get the Higher paid trucks Employees are not well informed ahead of time as to the conditions they will be working in and how to prepare for them, such as you will be handling very cold wet boxes packed with ice, just a tip from experience have a very good pair of thermal waterproof gloves and jacket upon hire Training is not formal, Training consist of working along side other randomly selected workers as a "new hire" making $10 an hour before moving to production pay, My advise is to first off, ask many questions on your own because chances are that the person you are training with will not explain to you everything you need to know. And second ask to be placed with the best people during training "Highest on Production list" "Most experienced"
