Pros

Nothing at all, horrible pay.

Cons

Hard work does not pay off in the end. They promise productivity pay and give it to you but it is impossible to make a decent living off of the paychecks you receive .

Pros

The more you work, the more your pay is... can have a great work relationship with your workmates

Cons

promotion through this company does NOT happen, pay raises with this company does NOT happen, helpful advice from ANY part of management does NOT happen, all management is and has been hired outside of the company so NO kind of advice or experience can be passed down to the associates, it's extremely obvious that all guidelines are passed down from an individual behind a desk who has never had dirt under their fingernails. the benefits are at the far bottom of the barrel, after a year you do however get one week of vacation, after 5 years you can receive two weeks of vacation however if you still with this company after fifteen years of service you can still look forward to your nice two week vacation like a five year veteran. because it is production pay there is only ONE possible way to make more money each year... and that is to have less and less associates you have to work with, let's face it, a pie is fulfilling to 6 people, but what if their are 12? management however could care less about this simply because they are paid salary and they have one thing on their mind, getting to work and getting home, if they could bring 50 employees making 20 dollars a day then they would easily do this! HOW CAN YOU INTERPRET MANAGING YOUR ASSOCIATES PAY WHERE IT IS NEARLY EQUAL WHEN YOU HAVE A VETERAN KILLING HIMSELF FOR 10+ YEARS MAKING THE SAME AS AN UNSAFE NEW HIRE THAT HAS BEEN EMPLOYED FOR 10 DAYS!??? Yes I sadly work at this company still, I've been employed there for many years, why you ask, simply because over time the work involved has become easier for me simply because I have adjusted, I live in a small town and jobs are at a minimum and my distance to work is quite short, my advice to a new hire... quit and move away if this is your only option!
