The people were rude. Almost no one spoke English. After my training, I was only paid based off of how many trucks I unloaded, which I wasn't told before hand. The management got to choose who got the easiest or most valuable trucks. If they didn't like you, you could be working your behind off and not even paying for gas. I was never issued my safety gear. They pulled my orange vest out of a dumpster in front of me with all of the pockets ripped. I never received gloves, safety glasses, or the other equipment they said I'd receive. I was never issued my clearance card, so I was late if security took too long to clear me.

Very Poor management, Sub-par equipment to say the least. Bad workplace attitude. Pay is production, but the management will try and keep your production pay at $10! Production is for you, and your crew. If a member of the crew is not pulling their own weight nobody gets paid. I had this happen several times, and there is nothing you can do and management refuses to make the guilty parties work. Unsafe work conditions, over 3 years I had 2 pieces of equipment catch fire while in use!
