Pros

Every day is different. You can build physical strength.

Cons

10-14 hours of heavy labor with no hourly pay. Commissions are very low. High risk for permanent injury.

Pros

If you said no to this job that’s a pro.

Cons

One of the worst companies I have ever seen in my life.. They do not pay you a fair hourly wage. They show you a piece of paper that says production pay is from $14 to $24 an hour. You can literally pick up 1000 cases and because the computer deems you didn’t do it fast enough they’ll pay you the minimum $15 an hour for doing your job in a below zero freezer if you do your job at a normal pace they only pay you $17. But you only get paid when your actively in the freezer. So basically management made it so you’re financially punished for needing any type of break from the freezing cold environment especially when you have management that won’t give you any equipment to do your job safely. It’s negative 40 degrees and they give you 2 pairs of gloves to put on top of each other and a ski mask. That’s it. There’s no value for the employees life.
