Pros
people are friendly, and can easily get certified for pallet jacks, lifts, clamp and slip
Cons
Training is lacking noticed several employees have had to “teach themselves through observation of others rather than being taught the correct method” pay at this point is questionable to say the least as it seems things get messed up or people are told they will make a certain amount for certain trucks or for training others but have heard several people as well as my own checks have been wrong. Turn around for employees is huge
