      learned how to use forklifts, lots of overtime which means lots of overtime pay

      Freedom to do what you want and good hrs of operation,pay can be good

      Everything you can think of that goes wrong at a job. (Favoritism,unprofessional,lack of training,lack of care for employees,caught the company in many lies,benefits suck,pay system is ridiculous,pay can be good but not worth the work.)

      Work with some great and hard working people at my site

      Only concern is profit. Employees pay and benefits are terrible. Told to keep customer happy as we continue to cut pay, hours, and benefits. only chance for promotion is to get in the good ole boy network which is doable is you have no heart or compassion.
