      Pros

      I was always independently doing things with little to no supervision which is good if you enjoy working productively on your own. Some of the employees were nice. A lot of overtime opportunity.

      Cons

      Disorganized structure of management. They do not follow the proper hiring process and basically hire anyone that shows up for orientation. There was no culture of respect for the time spent working on duties, responsibilities, and breaks. This leads to a very chaotic workplace environment. There was a lot of miscommunication within management and employees.
