      Poorly Managed, Unbalanced Pay

      Pros

      This job keeps you in pretty good physical shape. Other than that, there isn't much positive about working for this company.

      Cons

      Working on second shift greatly limits your income opportunities because all of your loads are logistics loads, meaning they have a pre-determined rate through a contract with Sysco. I do up to 2 times the work as some people of first shift but get around the same pay just because I have no opportunity for cash/live loads.

      Great Pay Little overtime Be your own boss

      Cons

      You can work yourself out of a job. If you make your site run perfectly, they will reward you by firing you and replacing you with someone half the price

      Lots of freedom in decision making. Smaller company makes you feel like a big fish.

      Cons

      Corporate team does not have functional knowledge of what it takes to work at a site. They use calculators to figure everything out instead of advise from people at the source.
