Pros
Working together as a team to contribute excellent performance although the lack of short staff members was declining.
Cons
Lack of staff members and the attributions of others as production lacks the quality of performing together in unison because when you go in the production field you start to realize that it’s like a every man for yourself thing. It’s all about who you know and what you know in order to move up and the leadership values would be better if specific companies would give elevation chances to people who can have the opportunity to contribute in a better frame.
