The pay scheme is a total scam, no one makes $25-$30 an hour. The manager lied about some people making good money at this business (if they unload 3 trailers which is basically impossible). One of their best guys even talked about working at McDonald's for $15 an hour because " You can get a free meal after 40 hours working here". If their best guy who supposedly makes $25-$30 an hour is talking about working at McDonald's... You know you have a scam... Everyone makes $15 an hour, the only reason some people stay is because the people they hire have criminal records ( not kidding), are illegal or legal immigrants ( work visa, etc.) and they have no better opportunity. There were some guys who said they get the trailers done, but still only get paid $15 an hour for really hard work. You also have days where there are no trailers to unload so you don't make any money even if the pay scheme wasn't a scam... The manager also clocks you out early for lunch and clocks you back in late ( so your checks are smaller). Do yourself a solid and stay the heck away from this place. Total scam, bad pay... Horrible pay for such hard work....

This was the worst job I ever worked at, an I was the Greatest working person to ever work there an they still didn’t care.. The Old Boss got fired for stealing money from everyone’s paychecks. An right before I choose to not work there anymore.. Under New management they were still robbing the workers of the pay that they deserved.. whatever it says on Indeed.com that doesn’t matter they told me because they don’t even go off of the information on Indeed. They don’t care about nobody an went a Holiday with no money at all.. an never received my funds on my PayCard only got paychecks.. Even called the back of the card number, an they even said it was strange how they never received the Account numbers at all.. to switch from paychecks to the PayCard.. they asked to me to have them call HR an they got scared & played dumb as if they didn’t know the phone numbers. They work you overtime an don’t care to even pay you for it.. it literally felt like you was in Jail an there little slave. SICK!?!
