Production pay for most positions, so you can make up to $800+ a week Relaxed work environment Friendly coworkers Communicative and fair Site Manager A decent amount of autonomy as long as you’re being productive

Cons

Little opportunity for career growth Mandatory overtime No holiday pay Very demanding and stressful during the holidays Medical benefits are awful, yet expensive Poor management Hourly positions pay very little Site is not climate controlled Low retention rate (associates are often asked to work overtime in order to compensate) Poor relations with partner company
