The pay is above average

The worst company I’ve ever worked for from a management perspective. They fired multiple people within 3 months of hiring, and gave no reason. All good people. Management was new and very egotistical. All seemed to have never had positions of power before and abused it. I highly recommend not working for this company if culture and values are important to you

-Work from home -Freedom to be creative in solving problems. It's a small company so not many managers or higher-ups that can limit your decision making -Fun office environment

Cons

-Poor leadership. Management was pretty much non-existent in my day-to-day. The freedom was nice since there wasn't much micro-management, but most roles at the company you are pretty much left to figure things out on your own. -The pay is not great. Again this is a good job to have straight out of college
