None at all period unless you are the manager forcing ppl to work at times for less then minimum wage

Cons

Over worked an treated like a grunt with no rights. Lied about wages when they took over. Many requests are paid under minimum wage.

Almost no benefits. Very physical job, it can take a while to get used to if you are not in shape.
