      Pros

      Great way to learn customer service skills working with drivers and partner company's. It is also beneficial to learn how they unload product and stage it how the partner company would like. While working as a lead, capstone has show to give the ability to allow leads the freedom and responsibility to assist with supervisory duty's.

      Cons

      Upper management would change on a 6 month to a year bases with little to no support from the regional managers. There has been a lot of misinformation or no guidance on policy, sop's, or HR related issues on a daily basis.
