Pros
its a good company to work for to learn how to drive equipment such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
Cons
pay is horrible, we should get paid by the hour and not by production. they expect you to unload whole trucks by yourself with grills and toilet seats etc. I am not getting paid on time. Last week I worked a whole 40 hours and the following Friday I did not get paid anything. they don't communicate well with employees and if your check is short or if you don't get paid they still expect you come to work. its a big inconvenience when you don't get paid 2 straight weeks and having to wait yall really need to do better.
