Pros

Some of the people here are why I stayed so long. In Sanitation, problems, drama, and disorganization are running rampant and are part of the norm.

Cons

Never quit sure if you'll have a job and take it day by day. The company is disorganized and unsure of planning, organization, and logic does not exist here at Capstone.

Constant crisis management, caustic culture

Pros

competitive pay if you negotiate well

Cons

Constant change of culture (has none) Feels directionless and tries the newest fad for improving production Top heavy. Management, even middle-lower management, does not make effort to understand where their metrics come from. Culture of a shark tank to take eyes off of themselves and feed on others that make more visible mistakes
