Pros

Bonus depending on performance, cross training. The higher ups are nice! the monthly meetings are fun and informative.

Cons

- Toxic environment - favoritism - demand too much for the pay, temp workers from staffing agency get paid more. - not enough time for training - bosses like to humiliate you in the process of learning. - You get walked out when terminated in front of everyone else. - Most of the people working there are all relatives of the boss. - Day shift Manager George Lomeli is a bully, he will cuss you out and get you fired if he doesn’t like you. - Reported misconduct from a fellow coworker, I was the one who got fired. - you get written up for reporting anything including accidents. - Other employees get to mess around (even vape behind the coating pans) if George likes them.

Pros

Good pay and Good hours. there is once every 3 mos an opportunity to receive up to but not exceeding 300 dollars if production goals are met without any defecits. Not much interaction with senior management except once a month mandatory meetings

Cons

I was told i would be given the chance to learn on the forklift. I asked to do so, they chose someone who had experience. Didn't bother to train. Didn't offer it any other way. Didn't consider me at all. The benefits aside form health and such, pizza, maybe two slices if you're lucky, donut day, and other goofy things, but no real bonuses. For the 8 months i worked here I was sexually harassed by a female coworker, according to the description of sexual harassment, but as a guy I was able to deal with it. I repeat the same thing to her once and she goes to HR about it. I take full accountability for my part in it. I tell HR about some of the things she has said, and they just say they'll look into it. But just as any other company the first to report is the victim and it doesn't matter the rest. But this can be for any company. This was just my experience. Of course I was let go. She still works there Not much interaction with senior management except once a month mandatory meetings During my first 6 months there we were on mandatory overtime because the big contract pulled out of the production to test a new blend, prior to my coming and then resumed and demanded that we catch up to the lost time the contract caused.
