Pros

There are many challenges and opportunities for improvement. There are some good managers and great people to work with that are really trying to do a good job.

Cons

Management plays lip service to change but only if it doesn't challenge their egos. You are a shoe-in for a job if you're a buddy, neighbor, child of a friend or family member. Office people are afraid to make changes in case it doesn't work. If you tick off management, you loose your job. There is a ton of finger pointing when problems happen rather than trying to find ways to fix them. Make enemies (which isn't hard if you're not a buddy) and you loose your job. To do well you need to be a guy who is in to hunting, fishing and buddy up to the CEO. They talk about culture change but don't really want to do it. Management thinks that people will stay for food trucks and nice parties. Culture is making your employees feel like they have skin in the game and can make a difference.

Pros

Time goes by fast if you are actually given a job.

Cons

Very angry bitter Mexicans working there. They treat white people terribly. I speak Spanish and hear the terrible things they say. Even if you are a hard worker you will face terrible discrimination just because you are not a Mexican. The women will intentionally make your job difficult and tell you to do the WRONG thing. Poor direction and lack of intelligence in the entire facility. I get that they hate their lives because they have worked there all their lives but that is no ones fault but their own. Go to college if you hate your position in the world.
