      Nice coworkers on non-managerial level.

      No direction. No communication. No training. No support. No accountability. No work/life balance. Severely understaffed. Zero respect for employees. Pointless meetings for the sole purpose of making incompetent managers feel assertive over others. Dishonest about PTO and bonuses. Terrible morale & culture.
