I love this job. Rewarding bonus program, goal driven, results oriented company. Working for a company so each and every employee is well protected from discrimination, etc.

Cons

This is not a strictly administrative job by a long shot. It is hard grueling work. This is not to say that you do not have admin work. You have plenty and it is up to you to balance it all and get it done.
