None other than a paycheck

Cons

Pay is too low for what is expected. Managers incompetent and illiterate. Filthy working conditions. Sub-par company compared to Red Lobster. Favoritism is rampant, mostly to the lazy and illiterate employees. Only take this job if you're desperate. 99% of fast food places will treat you better and pay you better. Managers are the worst of any company I've ever worked for.

Always open to suggestions and flexible, Never difficult to schedule vacation. AWESOME people!!! Some internal promotions ( if you are in the right department)

Cons

Lack of succession planning, Crucial details occasionally missed before someone hands something off to you. Last minute things become the norm.

Whatever good in the last 5 years has just evaporated

I was just fired from this place after 5 years of being a good worker by a TEXT MESSAGE because I didn't want to work on my day off. I was never late, never called out, always worked my shifts til I was sure I was done, even helped a manager do his work despite being a higher pay rate than me... I even worked some days off before(this was the first time I didn't) and never made a fuss about it. I feel like I've been punched in the gut and am just disgusted. Meanwhile the people they made managers can't even do their job or don't even want to work their shifts. Maybe I'm going out at the right time but it sure as hell sucks.
