Pros

Family oriented, great training, good benefits for fast food, wonderful owners who really care about their employees. Low turnover.

Cons

Sporadic scheduling, working late or very early. Sometimes closing and then opening the next day. Employees can be hard to manage if you do not have the correct management style.

Management is horrible, but the crew is fun

Pros

The crew is friendly. You get a discount on food. Regular customers are fun to talk with.

Cons

They're slow about raises. No one is appreciated by the general manager and she is really lazy. You smell like fish when you leave work. A lot of equipment needs to be updated. Rude customers

Pros

Great crew to work with VERY great management Our GM is a very clean person Have fun while working Our Area manager is very picky about the drive up time (drive thru)..which makes the job alittle more exciting (Having to get orders out in a certain amount of itme).

Cons

Some of the customers can get very rude (which is understandable when your paying that much for food). only two types of employees..managers and crewmembers.
