Pros

-ok pay -the hours were flexible -getting free food -job experience, just something to add to a resume -clean work environment

Cons

-bringing personal life to work -drama between crew members -cutting corners with food standards -lack of potential for moving up/promotions -laziness on the part of senior management

Pros

Fried fish taste great when prepared fresh- in fact all the food has god taste when made fresh. There are a few leaders who care about themselves and share their vision with the rest of the crew.

Cons

Too many YES men in the organization. People are scared to share their feelings for fear of being termed. Its managed by fear- DO AS I SAY- NOT AS I DO. With a new boss (2011) in the house guessing what might work- throwing anything against the wall and hoping something might stick attitude. The leader came from a poorly run greasy spoon company - out of the frying pan into the fryer.
