$10.50/hour staring pay and clearly posted information about paydays.

Cons

Being verbally abused by the GM for pre-surgery limitations and post surgery limitations. Then being given no hours after surgery after being verbally abused before surgery. Not professional or courteous to employee's. Expecting one person to do the job of 2 people to maximize profits. Being scheduled less than 10 hours a week if you're not in the social clique.

I thoroughly liked working at Pikeville's Captain D's. Management was very supportive, training was easy and understandable, and the work was steady paced and enjoyable.
