Easy Job, Difficult Staff

Pros

This is an easy job to learn and you don't have to start out as a crew member before becoming a shift leader. Training is paid and takes 4 weeks at a training store. There are quite a few in Nashville. If you work as a shift leader at a training store, you will receive a bonus for every person you train.

Cons

Let's face it, it's fast food. The retention rate may be better than most restaurants, but it is a revolving door at some locations. Being constantly short-staffed and having to meet the demands of corporate sometimes felt impossible.
