Company is investor owned and will not have enough employees clocked in at one time to provide a high level of customer service. The shift leader is up front and ends up taking lobby orders and delivering the food to customers in the restaurant, taking drive thru orders, bagging orders that come off of the cook line and delivering drive thru orders to cars that have been pulled to the side and are waiting outside. You end up doing the work of 3 people for the $12.00 hourly rate. There were times that only 3 people were clocked in running the entire restaurant. This opens the door for customer service. The lobby is congested with customers standing there upset. Waiting for their order to be taken. It's a good place to work, if you want to work 3 positions for the pay of one. And make the investors money. Store manager that worked over me was in agreement with my opinion and was often perplexed at how the restaurant was run. 3 people running all over the place trying to satisfy the customers. Well that didn't last long. I don't work like that. Eventually the 3 locations in Denham Springs, Baton Rouge and Zachary closed. Probably due to driving the customers away. I even had a night that the customers order in the drive thru was so messed up. I pulled cash put of Mt own pocket and paid for their order. Hoping they would give the restaurant another try. When the store manager is aggravated with it to. That speaks volumes....
