Base pay is really good for the amount of work that is required.

Cons

Vacation policy is worse than most. No work from home policy, but it's better since the pandemic. Development teams are isolated. Some development teams have poor leadership.

Fun work at times. New equipment and new technology

Cons

Biggest issues was management. Very high stress and no continuity between regions. After a transfer for a better position the management went downhill dramatically. This was a great company and now I see why so many techs have left.

Pros

They promise a no-bureaucracy environment, and really deliver. I only had one meeting in my entire career at this company (and I've been here longer than a week). Also, I have gotten raises without asking for them. They value employees who do their job, no doubt about it.

Cons

Not for those who want to work from home. I prefer in office, so I don't see this as a con.
