      Pros

      CaptiveAire has been a great company to work for. The culture is great and the work is challenging. You get what you put into the job. You are not micromanaged, but you are expected to stay busy and get your projects completed in a timely manner. The management structure is lean, this makes it so that the best ideas can get floated to the top and get implemented.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any significant cons of working for CaptiveAire.

      Pros

      Non-bureaucratic management structure. The company seems very adaptable and the future outlook looks good. Great HR department.

      Pros

      The product quality and work out of the R&D team is top notch, making jobs as a Sales Engineer or as a Service Technician much easier. The corporate team is hands off and let's people grow with little red tape. The company has a big future and big aspirations

      Cons

      For some people who want to be told what to do each day and have a very black and white mindset, the narrow management approach (no red tape) could be a negative. I think most entrepreneurial minded folks would appreciate this so I don't necessarily consider it a negative
