CaptiveAire offers a very fast paced environment where taking the initiative and adjusting to everyday changes keeps the job from getting boring. You will never feel bored as long as you are willing to learn more. No other job will offer as many learning opportunities at once, you will learn about electrical, mechanical, plumbing and even the business & accounting aspects of running a business.

Cons

At times it can feel challenging and overwhelming, yet equally as rewarding if you are determined to tackle challenges head on.

-Company is constantly expanding and improving their product offering. -Most competitive salary, bonuses and vacation. -Great work atmosphere and management team. -Opportunities to work from home.

Cons

I graduated college in 2011. This was my 3rd engineering job in less than 4 years. I left the other 2 by choice. I have no plans to leave this company.

CaptiveAire has a serious, but relaxed work environment; i.e. you come in, you do your job well, and as long as you're not dressed like a slob you'll be fine. The catered lunches once per week are a nice perk as are the premium coffee/snacks/redbull provided gratis. They have solid 401K and match as well as insurance benefits etc. You always have cutting edge tech. You don't feel like a number, and they're open to constructive criticism/suggestions.

Cons

No overtime/comp time. Bundled sick/vacation can make it hard for people with health issues to get actual vacation time.
