Pros

- Good job satisfaction - Good pay and the more you hustle the more you can make - Very little bureaucracy. Not your typical corporate soul sucking environment. - CEO is top notch. No nonsense but very fair. His business skills and intuition are on point. - Independent. As long as you're doing good work they are pretty hands off - Large company but it feels small and everyone works well together for the most part. - HR is great to work with, in fact all of corporate is usually pretty helpful and good to work with. - Lots of sales jobs work from home (can be a con though) - Excellent training program

Cons

Not really a con, but with that independence comes a lot of responsibility. You have to be a self starter and if you're lazy, you won't last long. Sometimes people do well in training but when they're out on their own their cracks shine through. It's a demanding job. Long hours and if you work from home it can be hard to get away from work. Not much vacation or personal time and it takes a while to accumulate it. Some regions like to compete with each other but corporate does help keep that in check. At the end if the day it's all about taking care of the customer.

Pros

*Good compensation if able to stay around to start obtaining the commission after six months. *No other pros during my experience with the company.

Cons

*I was shown the door after six weeks of traveling over 3000 miles for shadowing with a territory manager. I was given nothing but compliments the entire time of training and was let go with no explanation. The CEO did not give me any sort of information on my exit as well. *Expectations to work 10-12+ hour days and work on the weekends to keep on top of work. Not enough people working each region to keep under a 50 hour work week. *No criticism or room for improvements or growth were given. *The region I worked for did things different from corporate to benefit them and try to fly under the radar with them. *The benefits given are not impressive and do not cover anything until deductible is meant. *Each region is in competition with each other and do not work well together. *Management likes to keep other employees in the dark.
