- Free catered lunch - Free drinking water
Cons
- Very long working hours. No work-life balance - Chaotic road map or vision. The work is just keep copying as fast as possible every other potential competitors out there - lack of communication and decision transparency between upper management and the engineering staff even at this small size (<50 people) - lack of career development once you got in - No stock redistribution in series B nor after the founding engineers left

Cons
-1st 2 employee left company, but no hiring force more work with less people. -No stake reallocation after initial employees left -Office and HR management really bad. -Constantly changing work. No time to build expertise. -Boring place.
