Great company to work from home for the pay

Pros

The company is a great option for people to work from home, particularly during the pandemic. Decentralized structure, so you can contact anyone for help. Flexible for time off.

Cons

The pay could be better. Cross training could be offered and better managed. Talks of room for advancement but options are never posted.

Great People, Great Company

Pros

Goal oriented and driven people are what allow this company to be as successful as it is. Everyone here works hard and it shows. People care about you, not just your work. High standards are held of all employees. Casual dress code. Good pay and benefits. Overall, great place to be.

Cons

Parking- need to create an additional lot.
